Volunteering With PAWS

You can assist Kuwait’s rescued pets in many ways. You can donate your time. Even a hour or two each week or month would help provide comfort to sheltered pets. If you can’t donate time you can help us with donations of money, food or supplies, (please see our Shelter Wish List).

If you are able to volunteer your time as a shelter visitor please complete the online “Application to Volunteer” form. We will then arrange an orientation appointment when we will arrange a visit to the shelter with an experienced volunteer. We do not permit volunteers to visit the shelter without a prearranged appointment. This is for the safety of our rescues and our visitors.

Finally, a simple way to help is talk to your kids about how to treat animals with kindness and respect.  One of the most powerful tools for preventing cruelty to animals is education. It is important to plant the seeds of kindness in children early, and to nurture their development as the child grows. Children not only need to learn what they shouldn’t do, but also what they can and should do.
