Please note, all visitors to PAWS’ shelter are by appointment only. If you do not receive an immediate reply please be patient. Visitors without pre-arranged appointments will not be admitted. Every field on this form must to be filled in in order for this form to work, if question not applicable, please type N/A.Volunteers must be 16 yrs or older. If you are younger you can still help PAWS by arranging to contribute to the shelter wish list and by making an appointment to visit the shelter, (with an parent or guardian), to see how your donations help rescued pets. PAWS Shelter wish list includes: all sizes of pet carriers, tinned dog and cat food, dried pet food, cat litter, treats and toys for cats and dogs. Thank you for caring.

We ask that volunteers come in for at least one morning or afternoon per week so that our staff and other volunteers can get to know them.

In return we aim to provide volunteers with the necessary training, supervision and experience to ensure that they are confident and happy during visits to the shelter.

Pets owned in the Past

PAWS Executive Board, Committee Members and sponsors can take no responsibility for personal injury or damage to personal property belonging to shelter volunteers and or visitors. Our animals are rescued animals and we expect volunteers to consider the implications of dealing with animals which may have suffered abuse at the hands of people. I understand and agree with the above statement
